At 44 Pixels, we want you to be completely satisfied with Supp. This Refund Policy outlines your options if you're not happy with your subscription.

2. Free Trial

We offer a free trial period for new subscribers. During the trial:

  • You have full access to premium features
  • You will NOT be charged until the trial ends
  • You can cancel anytime before the trial ends without being charged

If you do not cancel before the trial period ends, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid subscription and you will be charged according to your selected plan.

3. Subscription Refunds

3.1 Within First 7 Days

If you're not satisfied with Supp within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, you may request a full refund. We believe in our product and want you to try it risk-free.

3.2 After 7 Days

After the initial 7-day period, subscriptions are generally non-refundable. However, we review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may offer:

  • Prorated refunds for annual subscriptions under certain circumstances
  • Account credits for future use
  • Extended trial periods for technical issues

3.3 Automatic Renewals

Subscriptions renew automatically. To avoid being charged for the next billing period:

  • Cancel at least 24 hours before your renewal date
  • We do not provide refunds for renewals you forgot to cancel

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund:

  1. Email us at support@44pixels.ai with the subject line "Refund Request"
  2. Include your registered email address
  3. Provide the reason for your refund request (optional but helpful)
  4. Our team will respond within 2-3 business days

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note:

  • Bank processing times may vary
  • Credit card refunds typically appear within 5-10 business days
  • We cannot expedite your bank's processing time

6. Non-Refundable Items

The following are NOT eligible for refunds:

  • Partially used subscription periods (except within the 7-day guarantee)
  • Subscriptions purchased through third-party platforms (contact the platform directly)
  • Accounts terminated for Terms of Service violations
  • Promotional or discounted subscriptions (except within the 7-day guarantee)

7. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time. When you cancel:

  • You retain access until the end of your current billing period
  • Your data remains available if you choose to resubscribe later
  • You will not be charged for future periods

8. App Store Purchases

If you purchased your subscription through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store:

  • Refunds must be requested through the respective app store
  • We cannot process refunds for app store purchases directly
  • Please contact Apple or Google support for assistance
